Meet Nick

Certified Sylvotherapy Practitioner

Rooted in the landscape that shaped him, Nick was born and raised in Lander, where the Wind River Mountains and high desert are part of daily life. From an early age, time outdoors was not simply recreation but refuge, perspective, and renewal. The rhythms of weather, trail, and open space became steady teachers.

Nick's path to sylvotherapy grew from personal experience. In seasons of stress and transition, returning to the forest provided grounding and clarity in ways that felt both instinctive and profound. What began as a personal anchor gradually evolved into a professional calling: to create intentional space for others to experience that same restoration.

As a certified sylvotherapy practitioner, Nick guides clients through structured, evidence informed forest immersion experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and meaningful reconnection. His approach is calm, welcoming, and deeply respectful of individual pace and comfort. He believes healing does not require striving. Often, it begins with simply slowing down enough to listen.

Offering this work in the place that raised him is both an honor and a responsibility. Each session is an invitation to step into the quiet strength of the natural world and rediscover your own.
