Invitations

Rooted in the belief that nature holds profound gifts for the mind, body, and spirit, my sessions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both the living world around you and the quiet wisdom within yourself.

Located in the stunning natural landscape of Lander, WY, I offer immersive forest experiences guided with intention, warmth, and care. Whether you are seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a moment to just be, my sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are... with no expectations, only presence.

Consultation
(15 min)
Free

Taking the first step toward something new can feel daunting, and that's completely normal. That's why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. A relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to make sure Sylvotherapy is the right fit for you before you commit to anything.

This is your time to ask questions, voice any concerns, and get a genuine sense of what to expect from a session. Whether you're curious about the practice, unsure if it's suitable for your situation, or simply want to know more before booking, this is the perfect opportunity to explore that together.

By the end of our chat, you'll feel informed and confident in whatever you decide, and there's absolutely no obligation to book. My only goal is to make sure that if you do step into the forest with me, you're doing so with clarity, comfort, and excitement for the experience ahead.

Short Sylvotherapy Session
(60-90 min)
$60.00

After a heartfelt Welcome, begin your journey into the forest with Pleasures of Presence: a gentle invitation to arrive fully into your body and the natural world around you. Through soft breathing and quiet observation, you'll begin to notice what the forest is offering and what your body may be asking for in return.

From there, you'll move slowly to your Sit Spot, where you'll be guided to settle into a place that feels naturally inviting to you. With eyes closed and breath as your anchor, you'll turn your attention first to the sounds of the forest around you- birdsong, wind through the trees, the quiet hum of the earth-  and then gently inward, listening for whatever your own stillness has to say.

The experience continues with a Sharing Circle, where you're warmly welcomed to speak openly about what arose for you, or simply to rest in comfortable silence. There are no expectations here. The forest asks only for your presence, and silence is always a perfectly acceptable form of communication.

We close together with a Tea Ceremony, gathering in circle over hot tea made from plants of the session, accompanied by light snacks. This is a time to let the journey settle, to share any final reflections, and to receive a closing gratitude statement: an offering of thanks to the forest, to the session, and to yourself for showing up.

Full Immersion Sylvotherapy Session (2.5-3 hours)
$100.00

Your journey begins with a heartfelt Welcome: an introduction to the practice of sylvotherapy and an invitation to release all expectations. Foraging bags are provided, and you are encouraged to follow whatever calls to you along the way.

We ease into Pleasures of Presence, a gentle arrival into your body and the living world around you, followed by a Slow Walk deeper into nature. Along the way, you'll learn about phytoncides- the natural compounds released by trees- and how simply breathing forest air is already nourishing your body and mind.

You'll then find your Sit Spot, settling into a place that feels naturally inviting. Through Listen and Breathe, you'll open your ears to the forest before gently turning that listening inward, following whatever emotions or insights arise when you allow yourself to simply be.

Time to Find "You" invites you to wander freely, touch the trees, and collect items from the forest floor that speak to you. These become the material for your Gratitude Mandala: a circular arrangement of nature's offerings, each piece assigned a gratitude, big or small, in whatever way feels true to you.

A Sharing Circle weaves throughout the session, offering space to speak openly or rest in comfortable silence- both are equally honored. We close together with a Tea Ceremony, gathering over hot tea and light snacks, before receiving a final gratitude statement to carry the energy of the forest forward with you.
